Date Night

Yes this about last weekend i had with Mr.B, and we went to The Baked Goods.

One of my friend visited there and shared the cakes photo and i really wanna try em all :p

The Baked Goods located at Jl. H. Agus Salim no. 16 Sabang, Menteng. Jakarta Pusat 10340.

It has a lovely decoration and i love the ambiance in the cafe.

The cafe separated in 2 part, outside&inside. The outside area for smoking area and no smoking inside.

although the place is not too big, but it still feels comfort.

They served cakes, cookies, cupcakes, quiches, hampers, packaging cakes/cookies, diabetic products (finally our parents/grandparents can eat cakes freely!) and many more.

I love The Baked Goods because at the website we can download the menus for free and it helps a lot! Thankyou!

too many cakes and i want em all so badly!

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. This cake taste like a blend of carrots, raisins and a variety of distinctive spices that give a unique flavor to cake.

Bublanina. A universal Czech specialty cake with such a unique flavor. combination between fresh strawberries and sprinkles crumble on the top of this cake. deliciously served hot or cold and i enjoyed this cake when it's hot. so in my opinion, i LOVE this cake, it's lil bit dry and crisp on the top, sweet yet sour at the same time because of the strawberries inside the cake. You have to try this cake when you visit The Baked Goods

Hot Cokolada (Hot Chocolate). A hot thick chocolate. Maybe I could enjoy the chocolate if only i didn't order like crazy. :p. this chocolate is not too sweet, i love the bitter flavor.

Yeah, it's another Lava Cake. This cake is sooo mini! yes,it's so small, i wish for a bigger one, but it's okay. topped with a few vanilla ice cream and of course served hot/warm. This cake is too sweet for me. But the flavor is almost the same with others lava cake.

the table is too small for a cakemonster like me :p, normal people wouldn't order this much.. this pancake to you guys!

and this is Fruit & Yogurt Pancake. absolutely delicious, yummy, sweet&sour, nomnomnom! the thickness of the pancake is fitted, i love the fresh berries&orange, and such a healthy combination with yogurt :). totally recommended this pancake to you guys

So, overall i like this cafe. everything was good, the ambiance, service and price is good :)

i'm gonna try their cookies (LOTS OF COOKIES JAR THERE! AND I REALLY BRING EM HOME :))
